Ray Stevens has been involved in sport and fitness for over 30 years and was the youngest ever member of the Great Britain Judo Squad. He won a Silver Medal at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games where he competed despite completely torn knee ligaments.
Initially funding his Olympic dreams through fitness training, he is now using his depth of experience to develop a series of healthy lifestyle options for people in South West London, through the Ray Stevens Fitness Club.
Ray has engaged a top quality team of instructors to work with him to run classes in a number of martial arts, fitness training camps, and lifestyle & wellbeing training.
Ray Stevens Fitness Club currently offers the following classes:
Martial Arts Classes
Fitness Camps
Fitness training and nutrition classes ("Fitness Camps") are run in association with Kate Staples' Adventure Boot Camp for Women.
The camps are designed for all fitness levels and abilities, each person is able to work to her personal limits and goals.
Lifestyle and Wellbeing Classes
Lifestyle classes include Pilates, Yoga and Baby Gym.

"Obviously Judo is my prime passion but I want to bring the fitness, enjoyment, team spirit and discipline I have benefited from to a much broader range of activities. Exercise should be a fun, engaging, sociable and enjoyable pastime, albeit at times physically and mentally demanding".
